1. Delivery Timeframes:
   - Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
   - Express Shipping: To receive your order ealier , kindly contact our customer service

2. Shipping Costs:
- Orders 0 – 50 AED: Delivery charge of AED 20
- Orders 51 – 100 AED: Delivery charge of AED 15
- Orders 101 – 200 AED: Delivery charge of AED 10
- Orders 201 – 249 AED: Delivery charge of AED 5
- Orders 250 AED and above: Enjoy Free Delivery!

3. Delivery Process:
   - Once your order is placed, our team will process it promptly.
   - You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order and expected delivery date.
   - Our courier partner will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
   - On the delivery day, ensure that you are available to receive the order and have the transaction amount in cash if you've chosen the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

International Shipping:
At present, we do not offer international shipping services . Please contact our customer support for further details regarding international shipping options.

Payment Options : 
For customers within the UAE, we provide the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option along with Credit card payment options . Payment can also be done in 4 installments through Tabby
